    <title>Crispy Skillet Pork Chops</title>

4 boneless pork chops
&amp;frac12; C flour (use white rice flour to make it gluten free) 
1 t salt 
1 t pepper 
&amp;frac34; t ginger
1/8 t nutmeg 
1 &amp;frac12; t paprika
&amp;frac14; t cayenne

&amp;frac14; C egg beaters
2 T water

Honey Sauce:
&amp;frac14; C honey
1 T soy sauce
&amp;frac14; t garlic powder
&amp;frac14; t pepper

Mix the dry ingredients. &amp;nbsp;Coat both sides of the chops in the flour mix. &amp;nbsp;Dip in egg wash, and coat with flour again. &amp;nbsp;Place in skillet with hot oil coating the bottom. &amp;nbsp;Cook 5 min per side. &amp;nbsp;Drizzle with honey sauce before serving.

1/4 C canola oil                            Saut&amp;eacute; until tender

6 T flour &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;				Stir in
2 C milk &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;		Add gradually and bring to a boil
1 can cream of chicken soup &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 	Remove from heat and add
~2 C chopped ham
Stir in until you&amp;rsquo;ve either used up the leftovers or you have enough to feed your crowd.
~3 C chopped cooked potatoes &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
~1 C shredded cheddar &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Place in greased pan

On top of casserole, place raw biscuits of any kind. &amp;nbsp;Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until biscuits are done and it&amp;rsquo;s heated all the way through. &amp;nbsp;Serves 10-15

2 t canola oil
1 T coarsely ground pepper
2 T molasses
2 T spicy brown mustard
2 T bourbon
1 t worchestershire

Marinade the pork chops in the mixture for a few hours.&amp;nbsp; Flash sear in a hot skillet until done.

    <title>Zippy Raspberry Sauce for Pork</title>

&amp;frac12; C chopped onion
&amp;frac34; t minced garlic
2 t olive oil
Saut&amp;eacute; until tender
4 C raspberries
&amp;frac34; C sugar
&amp;frac12; C raspberry vinegar
2 t chipotle peppers, diced
&amp;frac12; t salt
Stir into onions, bring to a boil, reduce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until sauce is reduced to 2 C.&amp;nbsp; Press through a sieve.
Pork roast browned on all sides.&amp;nbsp; Place in roasting pan lined with foil.&amp;nbsp; Rub with the following:
1 t rosemary
1 t sage
1 t thyme 
&amp;frac12; t garlic powder
&amp;frac12; t pepper
1 t salt
Mix well with the mortar and pestle
Bake the roast for 70 min at 350.&amp;nbsp; Brush 2 T of raspberry sauce over roast
and bake longer until the internal temperature is 160.&amp;nbsp; Serve with remaining sauce.
